Before carrying out any repair, work, installation or improvement inside your home, it is compulsory to communicate it to the President of the Community so that he can check what you intend to do and if it has any connection with the Community.
Problems that can be caused by NOT notifying the President of the Community:
It can alter the exterior of the building which is not allowed.
It may disturb or harm your adjoining neighbour.
It can disturb the neighbours due to noise and dirt from the repairs.
In the summer months: July-August-September it is NOT allowed to carry out works in the houses according to the Town Hall regulations.
Before starting repairs you must have the agreement of the Community in writing or by the President, always in writing or by e-mail.
Avoid having problems with the rest of the neighbours and avoid lawsuits that harm everyone with unnecessary expenses and journeys.
In the case of premises that you want to convert into a home, you must first have the Authorisation of the Town Hall.
In the case of building works inside and outside the property you must have the Town Hall Authorisation, we advise you to get in the hands of a Technical Architect before making any modification to your property.
We advise you that if you are going to carry out any type of repair, modification of your property or works, take it to the Community meeting so that all the owners are informed of what you are going to carry out, so as not to harm anyone.
